What wholesalers tell us
Four problems we hear most, and what we do about each.
Orders come in every way and someone keys them all by hand.
Every channel ends in the same place: a finished sales order in your ERP. Your team checks exceptions, not every line.
How emailed orders are readWe cannot make our customers change how they order.
You do not have to. The café keeps phoning, the shop keeps emailing. Customers who want a portal get one, with their own prices and one-click reorder. We set up the accounts, invite them with you, and check who is ordering after 30 days.
See the online ordering portalPrice lists per customer group, special prices, and the tools cannot cope.
Each customer sees and is charged their own price, live from your ERP. Promotions and time-limited prices come from the ERP too, so there is no second price list to keep in step.
How the ERP link worksThe trade shop is not properly linked to your ERP, or it only syncs overnight.
Live sync of prices, stock and orders, on any ERP. We take over the link and fix it, or build it new. Fixing it after ERP updates is in the monthly fee.

Built around your delivery runs
A delivered wholesaler is not a normal webshop. These are handled, not worked around.
Cut-off times
Orders after the cut-off go on the next run, not the one that has already been picked.
Delivery days
Each customer is on their own delivery days and the order lands on the right one.
Standing and repeat orders
The weekly order goes in at today's price, not last month's.
Promotions and time-limited prices
Start and end dates come from your ERP and switch off when they should.
We confirm how your own rules work in the free consultation, before you pay anything.

Goes on Tuesday's run, not Friday's.
Weekly, 14 lines, priced from your ERP each time.
Illustrative example.
Is this for a business like yours?
Right for you if
- You deliver to shops, cafés, restaurants and trade accounts
- You carry a stocked, coded range
- Customers place many small repeat orders
- You have price lists per customer group
- You run an ERP, whichever one it is
- You have roughly 10 to 249 staff
Not right for you if
- Most sales are cash and carry or collected from the depot
- Prices change daily with the market
- Every order is configured or priced one by one

The price, before you call
One price, whichever way your orders arrive. No per-user fees.
First 1,000 orders a month included, then about 15p an order.
- ERP updates fixed in the monthly fee
- Every correction kept, so it gets sharper
- Live in weeks, not months
- One team owns it all
Worked example: 1,300 orders a month
- Monthly fee, first 1,000 orders
- £349
- 300 extra orders at about 15p
- about £45
- About a month
- £394
Roughly 60 orders a working day. Anything custom gets a fixed quote first.
Fair questions before you book
- “Manual is fine.”
- If you get a handful of orders a week, stay manual. We would tell you so on the call. If someone takes phone and WhatsApp orders and types each one into the ERP every day, count those hours. One manufacturer on a public forum says their admins spend 2 to 3 hours a day on it.
- “We already use an AI order tool.”
- If it works, keep it. If your tool gives you a file someone still checks and uploads, or mapping changes wait on the vendor, we finish the job: their codes, your prices and accounts on stop handled, then the finished order posted to your ERP.
- “Our big accounts use EDI.”
- Keep it. EDI covers the big accounts. We handle the phoned, WhatsApp and emailed orders from everyone else, and can add an EDI link if you need one.
- “It is cheaper to build it ourselves.”
- The first build is the easy part. The cost comes after go-live: an ERP or shop update breaks the link, and someone has to notice and fix it. The monthly fee covers us watching every order and fixing the link when that happens, with no day rates for fixes.

What wholesalers ask first
Our customers will not use a portal.
Then they do not have to. They can keep phoning, emailing or messaging, and the order still lands in your ERP. The portal is for the customers who want it, and we check who is ordering after 30 days.
Will it work with our ERP?
Yes, your ERP and your setup, not just the brand. If your version is not already covered, we build the link. We confirm it in the free consultation.
Can you take WhatsApp orders?
Yes. WhatsApp and phone orders are captured into the ERP. We confirm the set-up for your customers in the consultation.
What if our ERP updates?
We fix the link. Fixing it after ERP updates is in the monthly fee, with no day rates.
Do you handle cut-offs, delivery days and standing orders?
Yes. Cut-offs, delivery days, standing orders and promotions are handled. We check your own rules in the free consultation.
