Who orders from you
One system for every route into your ERP. Each one gets what it needs.
- Dealers
Reorder at their own prices
- Their own price list or discount band, from your ERP
- Live stock before they order
- Order history and one-click reorder
- Orders land in your ERP as finished sales orders
- Sales agents
Order on the visit
- Live ERP prices, not a price list from last month
- Order for a dealer in the same system the dealer uses
- Direct trade customers
Same ERP, their own terms
- Trade customers order through a portal connected to your ERP
- Orders by email, PDF or WhatsApp are read into the ERP too
- Big customers can order from inside their own buying system (punchout)
- We set up the accounts and invite them with you
What manufacturers tell us
The same four problems, and what we do about each.
Orders arrive in every format and get retyped
Emailed, PDF and spreadsheet orders are read, their part codes matched to yours, checked against your ERP, and posted as finished sales orders. Phone and WhatsApp orders are captured too. Your team approves before anything posts.
How emailed orders workEvery dealer has a different price
Each dealer sees their own prices, range and terms in the portal, taken live from your ERP. A standard shop cannot carry that. A portal built on your ERP can.
How the dealer portal worksThe portal drifts out of sync, and a new ERP means a rebuild
Prices, stock and orders sync live with your ERP. When your ERP updates or changes, we fix the link, and that is in the monthly fee. No rebuild bill.
How the ERP link worksAgents and reps order without live prices
Agents order for dealers with live ERP prices, in the same portal.

Is it right for you?
Right for you if
- You sell standard, coded products on account to dealers, stockists or distributors
- Dealers have their own prices, bands or discounts
- Orders reach you by email, phone, portal or through agents, and someone retypes them
- You run an ERP, whichever one it is. We connect to any ERP
Not the right tool if
- Your products are configured, or every order is priced one by one
- You need a quoting or configuring tool rather than ordering
The price, before you call
One price, whichever way your orders arrive.

Fair questions before you book
- “We already use an AI order tool.”
- If it works, keep it. If your tool gives you a file someone still checks and uploads, or mapping changes wait on the vendor, we finish the job: their codes, your prices and accounts on stop handled, then the finished order posted to your ERP.
- “Our big accounts use EDI.”
- Keep it. EDI covers the big accounts. Dealers who order from inside their own buying system can use punchout at their own prices, and we handle the emailed and phoned orders from everyone else. We can add an EDI link if you need one.
- “Manual is fine.”
- If you get a handful of orders a week, stay manual. We would tell you so on the call. If someone retypes dealer orders into the ERP every day, that is the cost: their hours, plus every slip when a price, code or quantity is typed twice. One manufacturer on a public forum says their admins spend 2 to 3 hours a day on it.
- “It is cheaper to build it ourselves.”
- The first build is the easy part. The cost comes after go-live: an ERP or shop update breaks the link, and someone has to notice and fix it. The monthly fee covers us watching every order and fixing the link when that happens, with no day rates for fixes.

What manufacturers ask first
Will it work with our ERP?
Yes. We connect to any ERP, including manufacturing ERPs like Epicor, SYSPRO, Infor and IFS. B2Bware is made by SyncSpider, the integration platform we have run for 10 years. We confirm your setup in the free consultation.
What happens when our ERP updates?
We fix the link. That is in the monthly fee, with no day rates for fixes.
Can our sales agents use it?
Yes. Agents order for dealers with live ERP prices.
Can each dealer see their own prices?
Yes. Each account sees its own prices, range and terms, live from your ERP.
Will dealers actually use it?
We set up every account and invite your dealers with you, then check who is ordering after 30 days.
What about configured products?
This is not for them. It suits standard coded products with set prices per account, not orders that are configured or priced one by one.
