Trade orders straight into your ERP from a portal, an email or your webshop

Your team stops retyping emailed orders and taking the same reorders by phone. We build the portal, read the emails, fix the webshop link, and keep it all running for a fixed price.

£349 a month. Start with a free trial. For manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers, whichever ERP you run.

Where off-the-shelf tools stop

Standard tools get a product, a price and a quantity across. Trade orders need more, and that's where they break.

  • Contract prices

Each account has its own prices. The shop shows list price.

  • Their part codes

Customers order with their own codes. Someone translates every line.

  • Packs and units

You sell boxes of 100. The shop sees “each” and the price is out by 100.

  • Orders by email

PDFs and emails still get checked and keyed in by hand.

  • Accounts on hold

Credit limits and stop flags live in the ERP. The shop takes the order anyway.

  • Stock that isn’t

Stock syncs once a night, if at all. Customers order what you can’t ship.

What we fix

The problems trade suppliers describe most, and what we do about each.

  • Same reorders every week

Customers reorder in a portal at their own prices. Every order lands in your ERP.

  • Emailed orders retyped

We read emailed and PDF orders and post finished sales orders to your ERP.

  • Their codes, their formats

Their part codes mapped to yours, in boxes, packs and units. Every correction is kept.

  • Checking every line

Each order is checked against your ERP prices, stock and credit. See the match rate on 50 real orders first.

  • Wrong price or stock online

Each account sees its own prices and stock, synced live with your ERP.

  • A link that breaks

We take it over or rebuild it. Fixes after ERP or shop updates are in the monthly fee.

  • A portal nobody uses

We set up every account, invite your customers with you and check who orders after 30 days.

  • Not sure where to start?

Tell us what's not working. We come back with a plan and a fixed price.

What we won't pretend to fix: spot prices with no data behind them, and orders that are configured or priced one by one.

How it works

You see the plan and the fixed price before you pay anything. Live in weeks, not months.

  1. Tell us what needs fixing

Show us your ERP and how orders arrive. Emailed orders? Send 50 real ones and see the match rate first.

  2. Get a plan and a fixed price

What we'd build or connect, and what it costs a month.

  3. We build, connect and test

On your real customers, prices and orders. Nothing goes live until your team approves it.

  4. We run it

We watch every order and fix the link after ERP or shop updates. That's in the monthly fee.

Tell us what's not working: orders retyped from emails, the same reorders by phone, or a webshop that doesn't match your ERP. We'll come back with a plan and a fixed price. You keep the plan either way.

What buyers ask us first

Will it work with our ERP?

Yes, your ERP and your setup, not just the brand. B2Bware is made by SyncSpider, the integration platform we have run for 10 years, with 400+ integrations. If yours isn't covered, we build the link. We confirm it in the free consultation.

Can each customer see their own prices?

Yes. Each account sees its own prices, range and terms, live from your ERP.

We already have a webshop. Do we start again?

Not necessarily. We can take over the link to your ERP and fix it. If the shop can't handle trade pricing, we give your trade customers a portal instead.

Will orders go into our ERP, or just sit in a portal or inbox?

Into the ERP, as finished sales orders. If anyone still retypes them, we haven't done the job.

Is this going to be a big IT project?

No. Start a free trial and set it up yourself, or have us set it up for you. Your team checks orders, not a project plan.

What if something goes wrong?

We run it, so we watch every order and fix what breaks, including after ERP updates. That is in the monthly fee. Nothing posts until your team approves it.

We already have an order-reading tool.

If your tool gives you a file someone still checks and uploads, we finish the job: their codes, your prices and accounts on stop handled, then the finished order posted to your ERP.

Will it replace our staff?

No. It takes the keying off them, so they can deal with the exceptions and the customers.

Is it right for us?

Yes, if you sell standard products with codes to trade accounts on their own prices. Not if every order is configured or priced one by one.
