What we'd build or connect, what it fixes, and what it costs a month.
We build, connect and test
Your trade portal, your order inbox or your ERP link, tested on your real customers, prices and orders. Nothing goes live until your team approves it.
We run it
We watch every order and fix what breaks. When your ERP or shop updates, we fix the link, and that is in the monthly fee. One team owns it all, so nobody points the finger at another supplier.
Is it worth paying for?
- “It is cheaper to build it ourselves.”
- The first build is the easy part. The cost comes after go-live: an ERP or shop update breaks the link, and someone has to notice and fix it. The monthly fee covers us watching every order and fixing the link when that happens, with no day rates for fixes. That is what the £349 a month buys.
- “Manual is fine.”
- If you get a handful of orders a week, stay manual. We would tell you so on the call. If someone retypes orders every day, set that against the price: their hours a week, plus every mistake. One manufacturer on a public forum says their admins spend 2 to 3 hours a day on it.
- “We already use an AI order tool.”
- If it works, keep it. If your tool gives you a file someone still checks and uploads, or mapping changes wait on the vendor, we finish the job: their codes, your prices and accounts on stop handled, then the finished order posted to your ERP.
- “Our big accounts use EDI.”
- Keep it. EDI covers the big accounts. We handle the emailed orders from everyone else, and can add an EDI link if you need one.

Questions about the price
Is there a per-user fee?
No. There are no per-user fees. The monthly fee is £349 and includes the first 1,000 orders a month, then about 15p an order.
What if something breaks after an ERP or shop update?
We fix the link. That is in the monthly fee, with no day rates for fixes. We watch every order and fix what breaks.
What do add-ons cost?
Each add-on is a flat monthly fee. We put the ones you need in your plan.
What if we need something custom?
You get a fixed quote before we start, at £500 a day.
Do I pay anything before I see a plan?
No. The consultation is free, and you get a plan and a fixed price before you pay anything. You keep the plan either way.
We get orders by email. How do I know it will work?
Send us 50 real orders. We test them and show you the match rate before you pay.
Is this going to be a big IT project?
No. Start a free trial and set it up yourself, or have us set it up for you. Your team checks orders, not a project plan.
What does a consumer web shop cost?
There is no public price. It is a fixed price agreed in the consultation.
